Unlike most Pho, our new product line Happy Pho, inspired by a trditional Vietnamese family recipe from the 1920's, is made from wholegrain brown rice that is high in fiber and protein, contains no MSG and is low in sodium - only 109 mg which is 5% of daily value. Our soups are gluten free and vegetarian. Simply add the brown rice noodles, the savory all-natural spice packet and fresh organic ingredients to create an easy, healthy Vietnamese meal in your own kitchen in 10 minutes. We have 3 soup flavors: Garlic Goodness, Zesty Ginger, Shiitake Mushroom.
