Upon my college graduation, I entered a business world with high unemployment, a financial crisis, and an economic recession. After working a number of personally unfulfilling jobs, I decided to start my own business of All Natural Peanut Butter and Flavored Peanut Butter Spreads.My ambition became a reality after a series of discussions with my Mom, a business professional, and my Grandpa, a retired executive.When my first peanut grinder arrived, my kitchen became my office and playpen. After locating the perfect peanut (Valencia), I perfected the taste of our All Natural Peanut Butter. Then I tried different combinations of my favorite flavors with my peanut butter. While it was quite a challenge, I was able to create the best taste and keep the health benefits of the spread. Using only the finest ingredients, the flavored spreads just became better and better! I knew I had some winning recipes when my friends began begging for samples.After many successful tasting parties with family and friends, we launched Pacific Beach Peanut Butter in June of this year – a family owned business of 3 generations - me, my Mom, and my Grandpa.Please indulge! …….Wanna Spoon?
