Lingham’s flagship product, Lingham’s Hot Sauce has been in the market since 1908. It was first manufactured in the pre-independent era to serve the culinary tastes of the Colonial British masters in Malaysia. This exotic, versatile, sweet and spicy sauce is now a common household name in South East Asia. The business was originally started by an Indian gentleman by the same name. In those days, there were no preservatives, coloring matter or artificial flavoring available. Lingham’s Hot Sauce was thus made from purely natural ingredients. Until today, the same recipe holds true. The flavor is created to suit a variety of foods. Our favorite is to use it on steaks, pork chops, roast chicken and pot roast. Use it with ham, roast beef, tuna or Philly Cheese sandwiches. Lingham’s also goes very well with french fries, curly fries, onion rings, buffalo wings, cheese sticks and even Filipino lumpia.
