Clarine's Florentines used to be made only during the holiday season by Clarine and her mother exclusively for friends and family. Finally, after years of encouragement and positive feedback, Clarine sought out a commercial kitchen and began baking florentines year round and thus, Clarine's Florentines was born! Clarine's Florentines are still produced by Clarine herself with the help of 2 employees now.

The main ingredient of this delectable treat is natural almonds that are thinly sliced. These almonds are mixed with butter, sugar, honey and cream and then baked until bubbly into a perfectly golden brown brittle. The final step to creating heaven in your mouth is to give Clarine's Florentines a generous coating of Guittard bittersweet chocolate.
